Member & Non-Member Rules

Registration & Identification

• A government-issued ID is required for the registration of all primary and family members.
• Momentum Sports US LLC reserves the right to deny membership if a valid ID is not provided at the time of registration.

Registration & Membership Fees

• A one-time registration fee is required at the time of sign-up. This fee is non-refundable, even if the account is later canceled.
• Monthly or annual membership dues are separate from the registration fee and must be paid on time to maintain access to club facilities.

Family Membership Eligibility

• A Family Membership Plan allows spouses and dependent children (under 18) to be added as secondary members.
• All family members must reside at the same address as the primary member.
• Proof of residency may be required for verification.

Account Updates & Communication

• All account update requests (membership changes, billing updates, or personal details) must be submitted via email.
• Verbal requests will not be accepted as they cannot be tracked or verified.

Membership Cancellations

• A minimum of 30 days' advance notice (before the next billing cycle) is required for cancellation requests.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.

ReactivationFees

• A $30 re-activation fee will be charged if a primary account needs to be restored after cancellation.
• A $15 re-activation fee will be charged for dependent accounts (spouse or child) that need to be restored after cancellation.

Facility Access & Membership Integrity

• Using another member’s ID to enter the facility is considered fraud and is strictly prohibited.
• If a member is caught using another person’s ID:
  • A $250 fine will be imposed.
  • Momentum Sports US LLC reserves the right to permanently terminate the membership without a refund.
