Our Badminton Beginner Level-1 is designed for children 8 years old and younger who are new to badminton. This program aims to build a solid foundation by teaching essential skills such as basic hitting techniques, footwork, and an understanding of the game’s rules and terminology. Children will have fun while developing key abilities like eye-hand coordination through engaging drills, including multi-feeds, predictable shuttle counts, and enjoyable mini-court games.
Focuses On: Basic V-Grip, racket swing, Ready Position, Forehand Clear and Lift shots, front and back footwork, warm-up and cool-down, Eye-hand coordination, and basic game rules.
REGISTERThis program is tailored for athletes who have completed the Beginner Level-1 coaching program and kids 9 years and above. It serves as an enhancement course for those at the beginner Level-1 stage. The curriculum aims to instruct in the Basic V-grip and introduce the Thumb grip, including the forehand overhead clear, forehand net shot, backhand net shot, forehand lift, and backhand lift. Sessions are dedicated to refining hand-eye coordination, perfecting the point of contact, and integrating racket swings with comprehensive body movements. Additionally, it aims to increase consistency in shot delivery through fixed multi-bird feeding drills, targeting 15 out of 20 shuttles to the four corners of a full court, all while ensuring the process remains engaging and enjoyable

REGISTERThis Badminton Development Program is designed for students new to their school’s badminton team or with beginner experience. It focuses on essential skills like continuous shot execution and footwork, helping players build coordination and strength., and the ability to rally with a coach for 40-50 shuttle counts in a Half-court. Students will learn keystrokes, including backhand and forehand drives, smashes, and serves, along with footwork for high clears, drop shots, and net play. Physical conditioning includes endurance, flexibility, and speed training. The program also covers basic rules, scoring, service, receiving, and sportsmanship. Life skills like persistence, patience, and teamwork are emphasized. With a minimum of two sessions per week, players will build confidence and progress in their game. This program lays the foundation for both recreational and competitive badminton.
